- How do I place an order?
New clients need to first open an account. Once the account is approved, orders can be sent by e-mail or fax (on-line ordering coming shortly).
+ When do I place my order?
Orders must be placed at the latest by 12:00 for next day delivery. However, earlier notice is appreciated.
+ Is my order confirmed?
Yes. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order.
+ Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fee of €5 in Brussels (19 Communes) for orders above €100. Delivery fee of €15 for all orders under €100.
+ Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 12:00 the previous day.
+ Can I increase my order the same day?
We will always do our utmost to accommodate last minute increases.
+ Do you cater for special requests?
Yes we do (allergies, dietary requests).
+ What are the applicable VAT rates?
6% on food and beverages.
21% on delivery and accessories.
+ Do you supply napkins?
Yes.
+ Do you supply cutlery and crockery?
Only on request.
+ What methods of payment are accepted?
Transfer to Tamarind Foods bank account: ING 375-1021604-79.
General Conditions
  • All prices are subject to VAT (6% on food and non-alcoholic drinks, 21 % on accessories and events with service)
  • 5.10 € Delivery fee in Brussels ( 15.3 € for orders under 100 € )
  • Orders should be placed at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time at mail@tamarindfoods.be
  • Orders are considered received only after our e-mail confirmation is sent back to the client
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client
  • Unless specified otherwise, invoices are payable within 5 working days to the following ING bank account IBAN: BE58 3751 0216 0479 BIC: BBRUBEBB . Non-payment on due date will result in a 15% mark up on outstanding amount with a minimum of 50.00 €. Administrative charges of € 50.00 will be added per reminder. Interest of 1% per month, starting from the invoice date, with a minimum of 25.00 € will also be due.
  • Unless specified otherwise, events are subject to a 50% down payment of the quoted amount one week prior to the event.
  • Non recovery of platters, cutlery, or any equipment, will be charged.
  • Any complaints should be sent exclusively by e-mail within 6 hours of delivery to mail@tamarindfoods.be
  • Any possible litigation will be exclusively handled by the Brussels Courts in French.
  • All items on our menu are subject to market conditions and are non-contractual.
